My stay at Las Palmas was lovely and the property is stunning! The staff (Kim, Pamela and the waiting team) had a very strong attention to detail and made sure guests were welcomed. Rooms were beautifully styled and very comfy. I loved the pool and vibe of the place and was a great place to relax. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is very good with lots of cafes and dining options in walking distance and is away from the noise of the main General Luna area. Cloud 9 is 5 mins away by tuktuk or bike. One small thing to improve might be having thicker blinds or curtains in the room as it gets light very early at 5.30am and there was a top window that lets in all the light. The hotel does kindly provide eye masks, but it could do with some extra blackout so you're not disturbed so early.

I would highly recommend Kalipay and I will definitely be back again in the future. The room was so spacious and clean. The service was exceptional ALL the staff were so so lovely and really went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The resort is located next to nice cafés and restaurant and is about 5 minutes away from general Luna and cloud 9 by motorbike.

This was an amazing place. I have travelled a lot and I believe this was by far the best place I have ever been to. The location looking over the river was so peaceful. Ideal with the small pool to cool down in and relax was excellent. We liked the design and one can tell that the owners a has put a lot of efforts into the design and layout. We liked the small outdoor kitchen at the back side. The fact that we were provided with a water dispenser made every day life so convenient. The river below is clean and fresh, I did several days of swimming training in the river but more pleasurable during high tide. When looking at the map it’s a bit far from General Luna, but we came to like the Santa Cruz side as well. And it takes only 20 min to GL.

Very private and quiet place with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. The villa was very comfortable and well decorated. It includes everything you need. Location was ideal just a few meters away from Cloud 9, near cafes and restaurants and beside an authentic French bakery. Breakfast was excellent and really well presented. All the staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. They made our stay really pleasant and memorable. It is one of those places you wish you would stay longer and come back over and over again.
