We stayed just 2nights in this luxury hotel. we got free upgrade to club and enjoyed hospitality. The infinity pool is a great playgroud and nice place to visit when the light is on to have some romance walkaround. Food for breakfast was various and taste nice. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Sheraton Cebu Mactan ticked all the boxes for us. It was during our first stay in 2024 that I found the resort had exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and relaxation. Our second stay here, following our initial visit in 2024, reaffirmed why it remains our top choice among Mactan resorts. After visiting family in Cebu, we always opt for Sheraton Mactan as a serene retreat before returning to our country. This resort delivers unparalleled relaxation, away from the urban jungle's noise, and offers exclusivity without the disturbance of screaming children. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive array of choices, while the rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. This resort is indeed a haven for us.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, rooms are so clean and have all the facilities you need, beautiful view from balcony. The food was incredible, breakfast was satisfying and lots of choices. We spent a whole day between the beach and the pool and it was super relaxing, really enjoyed it. Everyone working at the hotel is super friendly and made our stay perfect.

    I've stayed at all luxury resorts in Cebu/Mactan and the Reef is by far the best when it comes to the breakfast. Great variation from day to day. One day I asked if the enchiladas contained pork, which they did and which I don't eat, so the helpful staff asked the chef to make a vegetarian enchilada for me. Overall 5/5. First time I had an early check-in in Cebu in 10 years (we arrived at 11 and the room was ready). All other places you have to wait even if the room is ready.
