Excellent service Excellent restaurants and shopping, groceries very close. Excellent staff, they upgraded my room for free without request. So kind of them. Breakfast was very good with options for almost all. I stayed at PC Lahore for 6 days before staying at this hotel. PC is also very good but in my opinion, Park Lane Hotel holds more value for money and time. The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

this is an amazing hotel - the staff are very attentive - Sidrah helped me Prior to arriving on whts app helping to arrange pick up from the airport as well as assisting throughout my stay. the breakfast was absolutely amazing and something different to the traditional breakfast you would find in Lahore. my Favourite was the fresh juice accompanied with the honey and banana toast ☺️ I’m from the UK and had just arrived from a short stay in Dubai, this boutique hotel beats Dubai customer service hands down.

The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, with shops and restaurants right nearby. The host, Arham, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay. We stayed here while attending a family wedding in Lahore. The apartment was so spacious that it easily accommodated all our outfits, luggage, and last-minute preparations.
