This place is a heaven on earth. Everything is just picture perfect and one can feel really taken care of. We took the opportunity to use the facilities and could not be more relaxed and satisfied. Do not worry to ask anything to make your stay as ideal as you wish, everyone is so helpful and you’re given a full attention. I would like to point out the possibility to order a message which was taken in spa area and was simply incredible. If you are thinking about really reward yourself, choose this one.

This is a luxurious property just off the main street of Zakopane. The interior design is really awesome, with an amazing reception/obby area, the restaurant is also lovely and the food offered was delicious. We totally loved the interior design of the room and the terrace.

Our room was very nice and spacious, bed was big and reasonably comfortable. For the first time ever in a hotel, I have seen an offer to choose a pillow of your liking. If you prefer some memory foam, an orthopaedic pillow or some other, they do have 6 different kinds to choose from. The pool and saunas are a great addition to the hotel. We recommend these. They are a fair size considering the size of the hotel. Three different kinds of sauna and a cold bath are available. You are not required to wear a swimming suit or a towel. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of products. Great sweet breakfast choice with many overnight oats, desserts, yoghurts, freshly baked waffles, etc.

Brand new apartment building in the heart of Zakopane. The main walking street is only a 3-minute walk away; however, the street where the apartment building is located is very quiet. The apartment was perfectly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking is available in the yard, and the self check-in system is easy to use. We will definitely return here.

It was my second stay at the property and I was very happy to see that high standards were maintained, and that the peaceful charm of the villa was still there. Great location, super friendly and professional staff. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was just stunning! Our dogs were welcome at the hotel which is very important to us. Spacious room, big and comfortable bed and amazing mountain views from the balcony. Plenty of parking available. Cleaning staff very professional and accommodating. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

This villa exceeded all expectations! It was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a beautiful large terrace perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Each room had its own balcony, offering lovely views and plenty of natural light. With four bathrooms, it was incredibly convenient for our group. The area was peaceful and quiet, close to everything we wanted to see. Truly an amazing place to stay—highly recommended!
