We really enjoy our stay. The hotel is beautiful and SPA area is awesome with swimming pool with a stunning view on the mountains, saunas and salt grotto. Food in the restaurant was great too.

Staff very helpful and understanding. Helped with any difficulties and offered help with carrying stroller as there is no ramp to front entrance. Great place by the river, beautiful views. It is a very quiet place, but you should be aware of train track behind the hotel.

Absolutely perfect hotel and situated right in the heart of Krynica Zdrój. Welcoming and very helpful staff. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy spa facilities with free sauna. Massages, facials etc are payable. The restaurant was open all day. Breakfast is top notch. Definitely will be back but must book for at least one week to fully appreciate the facilities.
