Really professional well mannered staff, the girls were helpful and friendly. Breakfast delivered to the room in a basket every morning. Fun decoration, renewed. We booked 2 rooms so they gave us a bottle of champagne. You cannot beat that. Great experience indeed.

Exceptional service! And I don’t say this often. We’ve extended our stay for a few more days because of their amazing & welcoming hospitality. They have a few steps here and there which make it a bit inconvenient for baby prams but again, it didn’t feel like a hassle at all. It almost felt like they would say “yes” to any request except the very things they really could not do

Excellently decorated small hotel, beautiful room and great breakfast area. Comfortable bed and elevator. Nice rooftop area, contact reception for service. Very nice staff. Lovely breakfast. Great location, next to restaurants and shopping area.

The palace and the grounds are absolutely stunning! Definitely worth paying the small admission fee to the convent to walk up the bell tower for the stunning view. The restaurant is formal, but the food was lovely and the staff were very accommodating.
