Location, outstanding service from Karine who was so friendly, helpful, interested and knowledgeable, good breakfast with eggs cooked to order if preferred. Decor and quirky models of transportation placed in a few areas of the hotel were enchanting. One of the very few hotels which provided a coffee machine in the room. The bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower which was very welcome.

Having had the worst experience in Beja our stay here was just what we needed to restore our faith in excellent customer service. This we will give 5 stars. Katarina on reception, Vera in the bar - the best GnT we have had in many along time and glorious gin from Portugal, and Jose, the head of the restaurant, a true gentleman in every way. We can not recommend staying here highly enough. The room was comfy & spacious, huge bathroom. Breakfast was 5 star. Parking close by for only 6€ per 24 hours.

Exceptional room, great location, superb detail to guess requirements, exceptional comfort, and peaceful, great staff and the breakfast was five star plus. Highly recommend and I will plan to stay again.

Breakfast was superb. Everything one needed and more. Well thought out selection and excellent coffee and tea choices. Location is perfect especially for the walk up to the convent. Bedroom and bathroom were luxurious. Joao on reception, one couldn’t have asked for a more perfect check in. He told us everything we needed to know and lots more. A huge thank you Joao and a great sense of humour too. Perfect English spoken by this charming young man. He made our stay extra special with his professionalism.

The staff was amazing, we really felt cared for. They were always attentive to us and our two children. They even offered some board games whilst we were having a drink in the afternoon which proved to be a success . The location is also 5 stars, you can walk around the city and you are already in the park to start with.

Real 5 stars hotel, not only because of the room size. International standards. The location is perfect, in the -small- center. The hotel is new and feels luxurious. The staff can be a little bit unexperienced but clearly willing to please and always available. The room itself was spacious, classical but with a twist. The breakfast is a tad limited but all fresh and local, quality again. I would definitely stay there again, it's the best option in town and around, by far.
