Initially the reception staff Mr. Areef and Mr. Touhid, greeted me with a warm and pleasant welcome. Upon checking my reservation they gave me a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was unexpected. The suite was very spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable. My family thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful stay. Mr. Areef called several moments after we settled down I the room to ensure that everything was in order and made sure that I had no other concerns. Perfect stay for my family 10/10. Thabk you Mr. Areef and Mr. Touhid.
