They went out of their way for a very unusual request I made when I asked the staff to buy a special book for me that I wouldn’t have been able to get myself during my visit. Everything was amazing! New room, tea, coffee and bottles of water as a compliment. Capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and washing machine with iron. After three days of staying, the staff came to clean the room and change the towels. I've never seen this before - it's very cool! Those concerned about safety may be reassured by the presence of security on the ground floor. There is underground parking (I didn't use it).
