Very friendly staff, good room service, privacy at the villas are good. Calm surroundings. We loved to be there. Beautiful view. Close to the best beaches which are located east and south east. Motorbike is recommended. Very clean, modern and high quality villas and private pool. We were lucky as we could check-in earlier on our arrival, thank you again for this Mae Ya team!

The private Villa and views are amazing, the infinity pool - breath taking. I also liked the design and deco. The Villa had everything we needed and I particularly liked how the fridge was stocked up, and that an array of menus are available for you to order food to be delivered. Tom the hostess with the mostest made our stay very comfortable and memorable! Anything we needed, I’d text him and he helped us, including my favourite day out on private speedboat around Koh Tao snorkeling, highly recommend this! A trip I will never forget, thank you Tom!!

The property was Amazing and the view incredible. We stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful with day trips and any transportation we needed. Due to the amazing views the property is up a steeper hill but we found it very manageable getting around with a taxi or a bike
