Hotel Smile Lanna is a true oasis of tranquility. It’s not your typical five-star chain hotel, but instead, it offers a lot of intimacy, unique decor, and an exceptionally dedicated staff. The level of customer service here is outstanding—the team is always smiling, attentive, and genuinely engaged in making your stay special. One thing that might take a little getting used to is the pool water, which is salty and mineralized. Children, in particular, may need some time to adapt, and even for adults, the first dip can be a bit surprising. However, the pool itself is wonderful—no crowds, plenty of free sun loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms, all featuring balconies, are well-designed and cleaned daily. A complimentary airport transfer is a great added convenience. Breakfast is generous and diverse, combining classic options with local flavors—there’s something for everyone. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to the Old Town and just steps away from a beautiful park entrance. We are truly grateful for a wonderful stay and would like to send our best regards to the entire hotel staff. We hope to return someday!

i loved the ambience and the location of the Hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful and went out if their way to accomodate us. The receptionist at the front desk, Ms Wareema (11th December 2023 morning) was so so helpful and guided us through our whole duration of our stay. She was exceptional! We cannot wait to come back again!
