i have been visited V38 twice for last two years, the staffs are friendly to me, the 2 dogs are super friendly to people who wants to pet them too. I enjoyed it.

The location is great near the shopping malls. The staff were very friendly and helpful and smiley all time. The rooms were clean and nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and several features truly stood out. The ambience of the rooms was both relaxing and spacious, with an abundance of natural light streaming in through the large windows. For restful nights, the blackout curtains were incredibly effective in keeping the room dark and serene. The convenience of having a laundry machine and dryer in the building made a huge difference, allowing for stress-free travel. I also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a microwave, perfect for reheating meals, and the fridge was a great size for storing all our essentials. Overall, the combination of comfort and convenience made our stay exceptional. The hotel was also kind enough to accomodate our late checkout request.

Breakfast is awesome. You got a ton of choices to choose from and especially the drinks counter. Noteworthy to mention: I left my jacket in the lobby while I was checking out, and the staff arranged to send it via taxi to the airport, which was nice of them. Many thanks for the arrangement.

The reception is so good that they have given me earlier 10 a.m the room to me.I am so happy. Every staff are good and helpful. Me and my partner were very impressed by the quality of the furniture and household appliances, everything is in a new condition. Very comfy quality mattress, usually we prefer classic Thai firm mattress, because we have issues with the back. In this hotel it’s soft but supporting the back and joints, it doesn’t fall down in the middle like a “hammock". Absolutely quite in the room, no sounds from the streets (6th floor), located in the nice clean Japanese district. Japanese style toilet with washing and drying system is funny.
