I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and I have to say this is one of the best. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant even though busy did not feel like a school canteen. The food was made with fresh produce and they offered a variety of different options. The stations where kept full until closed. They also had signature Restaurants to book and a pool bar / food throughout the day. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from their private beach. They have transport every 30 minutes if needed. There is a bar and restaurant also located at the beach area. They have a small water park to the back of the hotel. During the day they have pool activities and a beautiful spa. Yelda is an excellent beautician. I would recommend the hydra facial. Memo is a good sales person. In the evening they had entertainment for both adults and children and they also had a day club for the little ones. Even though the hotel was busy, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

We had an amazing time at the villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. A special thank you to Murad, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfect during our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience even better. Would highly recommend!

The host waited 1 hour for us to personally hand over the keys. The location was perfect 10 mins from the airport & the security staff were really helpful in calling taxis everytime.

Great villa, great beach and food. Ala cart restaurant is just great. Territory is clean, luxury and calm. If you need entertainment- you can go to Green Palace (next door hotel). We liked Mixology bar in the evening, felt like you are in great bar in some Europe city.

We loved everything about this wonderful and beautiful hotel with well motivated workers. The location by the sea in Lara is excellent. This hotel has lots of restaurants and wide arrays of very healthy foods on offer at each meal. The food selections or offers on each breakfast, lunch or dinner is different each day. Juice, Wines, champagne, cocktails are surplus ! Rooms are beautifully decorated. We stayed on the 7th floor in a seaview room with huge comfortable bed, well stocked fridge, beautiful bathroom which has separate toilet on one side and shower on the other side. The room is adorned with good decorations and well lighted. There are charging points at every necessary place. The room opens to the balcony with lovely view of the river and the ocean ! Your TV welcomes you with a personalised message when you put it on ! Room attention is digitalised by just pressing the button by the entrance that relates to your needs whether you want room cleaned or you don't want to be disturbed. Mini fridge is always restocked everyday. There's also entertainment every night. The hotel is huge with about 9 restaurants and a beautiful big garden with huge swimming pools. There are lots of amenities like spa, gym, heated indoor swimming pool, game centre, salon, shops, night club, etc in the hotel. A lot of seating areas with beautiful furniture and decorations. Each sitting area is different from the other. You get attended to just minutes after you sit in any of the lounges. Great and efficient customer service. Mr Yusuf of the Customer service group is very extraordinarily helpful, diligent, resourceful and friendly. 👏 Great guy ! Mr Mevlut who works in the restaurants is similarly excellent in customer service. I will not forget to mention Ms Merve who always serve us with the best cocktails! She's ever so cheerful. Everyone of the staff are very good. I will not also forget to mention that we arrived early in the morning by around 4.
