Located in a fairy chimney, we were awestruck by the sheer beauty of the property. We stayed in winters only for a day. We wished we could stay longer. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Our check in was at 2pm but we ended up at 8.30am. They gave us our room without extra charge. As we were checking out next day at 5am and would have missed our breakfast, they offered us breakfast on first day itself. Highly recommend.

1. Location is excellent; quiet yet in the middle of everything. Uchisar castle is at 4 min walking distance; Guvercinlik valley starts right at the door of the hotel- so you can do a fantastic hike to Goreme through the valley. 2. Staff; all of the staff treat you like family, we felt at home every second of the day. Melek Hn and Seda Hn at the reception are exceptionally hands on for all our requests (balloon ride and the Swirling Dervish night; they found a last minute guide for us too!! Incredibly helpful. 3. Food; is home cooked turkish food quality. breakfast served in the morning has incredible variety and is impossible for 2 people to finish. (And we eat a lot) The Pacanga borek is a must for anyone to try. They have a great wine collection both from the region and from other parts of Turkey. The service is impeccable, always with smiley faces and in a way that puts you first! 4. Rooms - are very nice! Authentic experience. Wide selection for your budget and for your taste. 5. Owners- Can Bey and Sanem Hanim are always on the property to check in on you and your comfort / joy. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay; they treat you as a friend and share all the local secrets of the area with you. We got a personal tour from Can Bey around the hotel just at the beginning of the Guvercinlik Valley. Fantastic to have such an experience shared with the passionate local people.

Truly magical experience. The cave rooms have a unique design and are incredibly clean. The breakfast was delightful, but the real star is the view watching the balloons float by in the morning creates arguably the best atmosphere in Cappadociaa.

The Seraphim Cave Suites is an exquisite hotel and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious as were the dinners we had at the property. I also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is outstanding. We highly recommend this accommodation.
