Superb food throughout. Great quality of drinks including the wine included. Tui active activities were well run and well worth doing. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always available as needed. Overall just a superbly relaxing holiday with lots to do.

This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.

The staff was very nice and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The a la carte restaurants had very good food and ambience. The bars were well stocked and had a good variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic to choose from. Breakfast and dinner at the main buffet were very good also with good variety and taste. The room and the hotel overall were very clean and well mantained. Our room was spacious with a big bathroom and a generous balcony. The gym was well equipped. Waterpools were clean and sunbeds were in very good condition. The hotel has a private beach and while the shore is a bit rocky it also has a private pier full of sunbeds with a refreshement bar at the end and deep water perfect for swimming. The garden is nice to be walk around, well kept and always green with flowers and trees. Entertainment events were plentiful, with live music everynight and a show in the amphitheater.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. visiting for the 3rd time and totally enjoyed it. we stayed in a bungalow room-we prefer it over the main hotel-it is nice and quiet, it is in the park which is lovely. pools, restaurants, entertainment-everything is amazing, nothing is too much for the staff-they make the holiday even better. would definitely be going back!

General: It was all inclusive, staff is very helpful, there is a communication barrier because of language but you can manage its not a big deal. Food & Restaurants: Food is good. Plenty of options available. Once breakfast, lunch or dinner time is over they have piano bar which is 24hrs open. You can have unlimited drinks, cocktails, tea coffee etc. activities for kids and families to enjoy. Snack bar at beach opens once main restaurant closes. So you will never be hungry, there is always something to eat 😍. Beach, pools and Spa: Beach is at your footsteps. And also plenty of pools outdoor, and in winter they have indoor pool at basement level which is kept at 28 degrees warm enough to enjoy in winter also. Steam, sauna, turkish bath, hamam all available for you. Transport: And also one most important thing not mentioned anywhere but we discovered only staying there. In front of hotel there is a bus stop. They have mini buses there every 5 minutes in both directions. You can hop on for 45 lira it will get you to nearest main town which is manavgat, you can explore there, also you can take bus from mangavat to antalya city. There is another minibus from hotel stop which goes to the side ancient historical remains very beautiful scenic place, must visit there. Airport: Book a private taxi around 30 euros to the airport from Paloma Oceana. Good value for money, definitely coming back there again with children.

The location is fantastic; the cleanliness is superb; the beddings and towels smell good and of good quality, the beddings and pillows are perfect! The balcon/terrace with seaview is very cosy and very relaxing; the fridge is full of drinks just like home; it is a very cosy hotel by the lobby where you can sit down and relax, the sauna, hamam bath, indoor and outdoor swimmimg pool and the variety of foods are wonderful. The beach is just 2-minute-walk. The personnels are friendly, accommodating and helpful especially the general manager. I would surely come back.
