Luxury Hotels in Kenting

It is sad to witness the decline of this hotel, which was once a good and economic option. The pool staff (some, not all) is very rude and unfriendly; the visit to the pool can become a pretty unpleasant experience. We twice received phone calls in which we were accused to have stolen the pool towels. Also, pool personal talked very bad about us, not aware that we could understand Mandarin Not a five star hotel, the pool does not deserve more than one. Just don't go.

All the staff were very kind, the view from the deluxe room was beautiful! They were even kind enough to personally drive us to Xiaowan beach and back. We were able to spend a very relaxing 2 days.

Rooms are clean and renovated. Beautiful and relaxing garden. However, whole property is old and a lot of common spaces requires renovation (gym, recreation centre) - with paint peeling off the walls and unpleasant smell in the elevators. Great Lotus restaurant - chef is very talented - everything we've tasted was delicious Very nice staff - many thanks to Mrs. Monica, who was very helpful and kind to us.
