The location is great for walking around. There are many good street foods, tea shops, and markets which can be accessed by walk and bicycle. The room size is generous. The good smell and comfy bed are excellent part of the rest. The free coffee / tee making facilities and social space are great for relaxing after a long day walk. I'd definitely return to this place on my next trip to Tainan.

management is super friendly. the restaurant behind the stay is extremely delicious. value for money, surrounded by morning markets in walking distance, breakfast solved, night market is very close, got lots of nice food. further north got plenty of restaurants. mostly importantly, tourism locations also not too far. definitely will stay here again if i ever stop by this town again.

Everything! This was the nicest place we stayed in Taiwan. We only wish we had more time. It’s very clean, modern and spacious. In a cute neighbourhood.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I surprised my friend for her birthday, and they assisted me in finding a balloon store and preparing the room for the celebration. We had many questions, and they answered all of them with great patience. They also recommended places to visit and helped us book our ferry and flight tickets. The room was big and clean.

Location was great beside a mall. Room quite big. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room had a seating area and work desk as well. Curtains were blackout and aircon was cold enough for family of 4. Toilets had a shower and bath tub. My kids love the stay. The room service was excellent- we requested for clearing of trash and top up of bottled water at 9plus pm, the staff arrived in less than 5mins!

Room size is exceptional for the price point. The whole hotel is perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. So sorry I forgot to bring my swimming shorts because the pool looked very inviting. And they run a free shuttle into town if you can’t get a table in the restaurant.

Very beautiful design. Spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Very friendly staff. Good location. The hotel provided a recommendation for an amazing cocktail and wine bar (one of our Tainan highlights!)

Very friendly and supporting stuff. They gibe you a Feeling of living in a 5star hotel for rich people . The room accoustic was perfect, no noises , no people. The breakfast was one of the beste buffets I habe ever seen. I can recommend it to everyone in Tainan. And very very clean.
