Everything was perfect The facility was unbelievablly beautiful & picturasic The staff were very friendly and helpful always smiling and greeting us, they even remember my name, kelline at the restaurant made sure we always had a good meal & enjoyed our drinks and she made sure they were made perfectly, the food was absolutely delicious for 6 nights I had the best foods & the variety was great ... Chef Robin is amazing and would love to meet him again in my next visit

The Residence was AMAAZZZING. From the rooms that each have a private pool to the staff who were EXTRA friendly. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the property. The food was good and Runi served us tasty cocktails at the beach bar. We visited for my Fiancé’s birthday and on his birthday they decorated the bed and gave us a complimentary cake with a sparkler and all. Shout out to Emmanuel and Yunsi* for the decorations. We also visited the spa and had a relaxing massage and they were able to accommodate us last minute. We also enjoyed riding the jet skis on the water. In the afternoons, they offer complimentary ice cream which was something we looked forward to daily. We also had some issues with our flight and the guys at the reception were gracious enough to lend us their phone to try and sort things out. Honestly this resort is worth every penny and we can’t wait to get back.

I liked that it was right on the beach. The staff was super friendly and the dinner and breakfast was superb, loved that they had freshly made mango or pineapple juice in the morning.

Quiet and peaceful surroundings, plus very picturesque. It is a small boutique hotel located right next to the ocean, so the views are really beautiful. We used the hotel's restaurant throughout our stay. The meals were very tasty and fresh, and the prices were reasonable. Thank you to all the staff, you were very helpful.

Hi ! I am from Romania and we stayed there between 21 and 30 Nov 2023. I would like to share with you those who would like to go to this property that it is a superb location, where you can truly relax and benefit from the services and people very friendly at this property. The food is super delicious, diverse and good! Cleaning and new bedding every day! Beautiful landscape! Only 16+ Clean pool! A great location where we will come back!

Another day in one of the ZAN hotels. So far, no complaints, just positives;)

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Sheila, the manager, gave us a full tour of the entire complex and made us truly feel like part of the Zan family. Sheila is delightful and always attentive, making sure everything is perfect during our stay. The rest of the staff is equally amazing – always smiling and ready to help. Our room was spectacular and enormous, with a spacious living area, two bathrooms, an extra-large comfortable bed, and a terrace with a bathtub and breathtaking views. Stepping into the room was a sensory delight – beautiful decoration, cozy sofas, and immaculate cleanliness. We had access to three stunning pools right on the beachfront, two of which are infinity pools. They are perfect for relaxing while enjoying the incredible ocean views. The hotel has two restaurants: one international and one local. Every meal was delicious, especially the octopus curry, which was unforgettable. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options. Zan Hotels also offers several complimentary activities. We went snorkeling on a reef full of colorful fish and starfish, and we got beautiful henna tattoos. Overall, our experience at Zan Hotels was extraordinary. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the amazing facilities and attentive staff, made our stay truly unforgettable. We really liked the place and the staff were very welcoming, location was excellent just next to the beach, nice pools, excellent restaurant...will definitely be coming back...
