What makes this place truly unique is the Tikitam team - every guest enjoys personal attention from all staff members. Starting with the warm welcome at the reception with refreshing fruit juice, through the spotlessly clean villas and rooms, beds set up with beautiful flower arrangements, attentive waiters and chefs, who prepare every day fresh jams and sauces from local fruits and vegetables. The amazingly knowledgeable pool attendant, who knows the whole area by heart would gladly show you a gorgeous starfish or a spiky puffer, teach you how to weave your own palm leaf hat and even how to play the famous bao game. Should you feel a need to pamper yourself, professional spa therapist is there to help you unwind and enjoy the local spa products. Last, but not least - almost invisible, yet absolutely real, tall masái will be looking after your comfort and safety. Finally, the dinner served at the beach will be a memory for a lifetime. The facilities and staff were exceptional. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Everything is done to perfection. Any special requests are completed with attention to detail. Peter was awesome and made the surprise romantic dinner I arranged in advance even more special with the way he assisted us through the evening. The entire Zanzibella team really make it a amazing experience from the moment you arrive and even after my departure they followed up to ensure I reached the airport safely and it didn't end there, they checked in when I landed back home to check if I arrived safely. Big shout out, to Peter, Maiko, Helen and Meshack. It was truly an amazing stay with the Hotel and Team for making our Honeymoon Perfect. Highly recommend anyone going to Zanzibar to go to Zanzibella.

Just an amazing stay. Tina, the host, is incredibly attentive and helpful with everything, so is the staff (special thanks to Edina). Room was massive, clean, with all amenities and nice views to the pool and beach; restaurant opens till late and offers a fair variety of options in the menu. Feels like a resort with everything in it, but the opposite of crowded, which is great. Also, the area is quiet and well located in the island. We will definitely recommend it to any friend that visits Zanzibar.

We enjoyed everything in the resort, the apartement was so clean, tidy, we didn't need anything they couldn't get. The beach was really nice and furnished in a very beautiful way as well as the pool area. Staff there are so polite, helpful and friendly. The food was second to none, and we enjoyed every day menu and the staff of the restaurant were very nice and helpful from the supervisor Cecilia to every waiter.we would like also to mention the reception staff offered us a takeaway breakfast because our flight was very early in the morning.

    The staff were amazing, so so friendly and obliging, great with our baby girl also, 10/10 guys, keep up your outstanding work!! The chef in the resort was amazing also, any dish we fancied all we had to do was give 24 hours notice and it was done!
