Wonderful little boutique hotel—beautiful down to the smallest details. The location is perfect for walking to Newport shopping and restaurants. The dining room has an amazing view and breakfast was delicious. I have nothing negative to say. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again.

The manor was beautiful. We took a pleasant stroll in the morning. The amenities in the bathroom were very high quality. Our room was lovely. The complimentary bottle of wine was very nice in the evening. We even purchased a bottle, crackers, and cheese, and the staff delivered it to our room that night, so we had it upon return. That was a very nice touch.

    The staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful in every encounter. Property is lovely -- great decor and super clean and well-furnished rooms. Lovely social meeting room (lounge - bar room) at the front -- very welcoming, warm and attractive. Breakfast at the sister hotel was absolutely superb!

    The home and property had all the charm of a historic home, but our room was modern, and felt luxurious. It was extremely clean, a very easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants, the hosts were exceedingly pleasant and hospitable, and the breakfast was wonderful.

    An amazing bed & breakfast. Serena is a wonderful host. She welcomed us and showed us the whole venue, which consists of 3 buildings and terraces and gardens to sit and relax. We had the most fabulous, spacious room during our whole vacation. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Homemade French toast with cream, berries, bacon and fruit decoration. Perfectly located only a few minutes walk from cliff walk as well as the waterfront. Absolutely outstanding place which by far exceeded our expectations.
