The whole decor and layout of the hotel is very welcoming There is a lovely courtyard where drinks are served and there are complimentary drinks from 5pm to 6pm (not Sunday) Absolutely free! The rooms are of a very high standard with balconies The location is excellent being a few minutes from the centre of State St and near the best restaurants The staff were very helpful especially Fabian and Nate on the front desk We went to a Winery for a tasting and Fabian provided us with all the picnic accessories. The pool is small and comfortable to sit around Overall one of our best stays in Santa Barbara in a great boutique hotel

Fantastic and super cozy B&B in a quiet street: walking distance to the Main Street as well as the Pier. Very comfortable room with a great bedding and shower, super friendly and warm hosts and an absolutely amazing homemade breakfast. We had the most fabulous and enjoyable stay. As hoteliers/restaurateurs, we have a different and sometimes stricter perspective than others. I can only congratulate the hotelier here. We had room 320 and were completely satisfied. What a great room and the service was always unobtrusively nice and courteous. We have traveled halfway around the world but rarely have we stayed in such a great hotel. Congratulations!
