I have stayed at many hotels across Asia ,but this hotel has by far the best gym - fully equipped with top - class machines and truly impressive. The sky bar offers a stunning view and is a perfect place to relax. The staff are very professional and welcoming , making you feel at home right away Perfect - I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The rooms are beautiful ,i was even upgraded to an ocean view room. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and absolutely delicious.

You would get a care right from the moment you booked the room here. Everything is warmy as the felling you're at home. The smiles you see everywhere, from the manager, the reception or even from the houskeeping whom never know who you are. Room is new, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at the cruise mainly thanks to our guide. He was talkative, helpful and funny. Activities on the cruise like kayaking and bicycle tour are quite cool. The boat is little bit old but facilities are clean. There was a plenty of delicious food on the boat, also drinks are nice (however they are not included in price of the cruise).

Had an amazing trip with alova cruises. The staff were very friendly and kept us up to date on pick up times, meeting points and daily activities. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this cruise, great value for money and they keep you well fed!

I can't imagine a more luxurious way to enjoy Ha Long Bay. The ship itself is fairly new, and beautifully constructed with high quality materials. Our room was spacious with an incredible view. Food in the restaurant was also second to none, including the welcome lunch buffet and the set meal at night. They took us on two excursions - first to Sung Sot Cave and then for kayaking the following day. The guides were kind and well-organized. I'd definitely recommend going on this cruise!

Everything was fantastic. Alex was wonderful. He wanted us to have all the comfort. They gave us complimentary wine bottles and upgraded the other room to Captains view. Over all fantastic. Manager Three was available for everything and for everyone. Bless them all. It was an out of the world experience.
