The staff were amazing, special thanks to Tracy she made us feel like we were at home. The staff were also very helpful when it came to booking day trips/ planning activities. I loved the chill vibe of this hotel. It felt cozy and relaxing to spend 3 nights here. It's definitely a good place for families and couples. We are gonna come back here next time for sure. The beach is also located very near the hotel and old town is located around 8 min away with a car/taxi/motorbike.

It was a wonderful and quiet place with a lovely swimming pool, a spacious clean and pretty room with a stunning bathroom and phenomenal bath! Staff were so kind and helpful! Helped us plan our stay, arranged taxis for us and helped us whenever we had any questions! There are also free bikes here which allowed us to visit many places in Hoi an and we thoroughly enjoyed riding them! Also had a convenient basket on the front to put your belongings in and it came with a bike lock! We will miss this place and the staff! They’ve been truly welcoming and understanding given we accidentally checked out late (they didn’t charge us for that)! Thank you Blooms Boutique Village! P.s. we will surely come stay here again next time xx

Very polite and attentive staff. We were greeted by Hilary when we arrived. She checked us in and gave us plenty of advise. She was exceedingly helpful The beds were really comfortable . Rooms immaculate . Great selection for breakfast, the Guest Advisor always came over for a chat and see how you were getting on. Pool area looked very nice but we never got to use it because weather was not too good.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was just right—close enough to explore easily but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The rooms were super clean and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. What really made this place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to Kevin and the lovely managing lady with short black hair (I feel bad for forgetting her name, but she was wonderful!). Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. And I have to mention the pool and garden—they were just perfect. So peaceful and cozy. If you're visiting Hoi An, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, I booked it without a personal recommendation, and we were both really happy. All the staff did an amazing job, but Ms Sue stood out to me, just always ensuring we were comfortable and that our needs were met. I also liked the boutique style , and the old school charm.

Everything! The staff were so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They were also incredibly sweet with our two young children (2 and 5 years old). The hotel is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely pool area. The food was delicious, and we even got a free room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. We really felt at home here.

Wow what a stunning property, from the second you drive up you know you are in luxury. The rooms are stunning. The breakfast is amazing The staff is just wonderful The beach is pristine The spa- wow the spa. The steam room and jacuzzi is free to use and it’s so luxurious. Loved this place so much.

The service was 5 stars. You feel like family. Everyone was so helpful, happy, and friendly. They go above and beyond. I did not want to leave. I was travelling solo and never felt it there. They surprised me with a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday. I hurt my ankle, and they took me to the chemist to translate. Great accommadation for everyone, but if you are a nervous traveller, first-time traveller or older traveller, spend some time here. If all people were like them, we would be a happier human race. I am so grateful I chose here.

Loved everything about the property. Great location a few mins walk from the beautiful Cua Dai beach, free access to the Silk Beach club and free shuttle bus to An Bang beach. Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and superb breakfast and it is spotless. The staff make this hotel. Always so friendly, helpful, engaging and obliging( special mention to Lilly and Sunny ). Loved every minute of our stay and hated leaving. Be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone. Five stars all round. Noreen & Willie Bourke and family, Ireland.

This hotel is phenomenal, for just over £30 a night it was absolute five star luxury. We have been travelling SE Asia for 2 months now and this is the best hotel we have stayed in hands down. What made it was the staff, they helped at every opportunity and even gave us a free room upgrade when we stayed a few extra nights. Greta location with free bikes to explore the area. The pool was just amazing they have thought about every detail and created a beautiful little oasis with plants and trees. I couldn’t recommend this enough.

Amazing hotel, delicious food, outstanding cocktails, super clean, boutique hotel with excellent service and kind people. We enjoyed every moment of it. Superior SPA. Reasonably priced and great value for money. Breakfasts and variety of dishes - beats 5 star hotels! We definitely will come back again and highly recommend.

This hotel was very comfortable, elegantly designed with a great breakfast. The staff bent over backwards and made all their guests feel like VIPS! Chloe, Eric, Victor, Rachel, and Lisa (sorry if I got her name wrong) were all so friendly, accomodating and eager to please. I'm so grateful for the expeirence. They were more accomodating than some 5 star luxury hotels I've stayed in!

Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!

Very luxurious stay, attentive staff, clean and good quality. Pool and other facilities are well kept. Breakfast is good with many options. The free shuttle to the beach and old town is very convenient and useful. 5 star luxury experience. Would like to thank all the staff for their friendliness, especially Lily and Suly.
