The young receptionist was very friendly and extremely accomodating, he did his best to help us and his english was very good so it was enjoyable to speak with him about Prizren and Kosovo. All other staff were very friendly as well. The location is really good as it is just a nice short wall away from the center and the main points of the city.

Perfect location just outside the old town. No noise because of good isolation. Perfect and big breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff. Really loved our stay!
