The breakfast was mostly a very large selection of continental--breads, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, juices--but they did ask if I wanted cooked eggs, and would cook bacon, too. Very modern, very comfortable hotel. Extremely helpful staff, especially Bennie. Good location, near to bus stops, a tourist office, the main shopping street, the spas. I was very happy there.

All the staff were extremely helpful and nice! The room was super clean and smelled very nice. The location is very convenient, only 10 min walk from the bus station.

Despite being close to the city’s bustling shopping district, the hotel is tucked away from the traffic, offering a peaceful retreat. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking – a perfect backdrop for relaxation especially when we were using the spa. The hotel’s staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure every need was met. The facilities were spotless, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend!

I loved Hotel El Castell de Ciutat. Located on top of a hill it has great views of the city below. Lovely public rooms and a beautiful breakfast room, eating either inside or on the terrace. It also has a restaurant on site. Our room was a suite and it was spacious, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, double sinks, separate WC with bidet, walk in shower, and a bathtub with shower. The suite was big enough for a king bed and living room furniture. It also featured a large wraparound terrace with furniture. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had a large room within the hotel to securely park our bicycles. This was a great stay.
