This property offers everything that is needed for a perfect holiday. The apartments are spacious, clean, quiet, and from the balcony, they offer amazing views of the pine forest and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen, plus the dishwasher and the washer, make the stay even more relaxed. A short stroll takes you to a rocky/concrete beach with plenty of natural shade under pine trees. What is the most amazing is the crystal clear water on the beach closest to the hotel. The tiny grocery shop is a big plus, because despite its size, it has all the necessities for breakfast/dinner/drinks. And one thing that stands above everything is the staff - they are extremely friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

I definitely recommend this hotel for visiting. It was one of the best places where I had been. The room was just huge and clean. The price is really nice. And the workers were friendly and kind. She went above and beyond by recommending local spots and unique experiences that truly elevated our time in Kotor. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and spacious, with two bedrooms and a living area that comfortably fits five people. The view from the property was absolutely phenomenal!

The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well-maintained. It truly lives up to its name — the views are stunning! There are three pools to choose from, plus a lovely private beach steps away. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach come at an extra cost, but they are super comfortable and plentiful, which means there’s no need to wake up at 6 AM to “reserve” a spot! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable (mattress quality matters!), and I also appreciated the Rituals toiletries. Breakfast was great — a generous buffet with lots of variety to suit everyone’s taste, and the champagne option was a lovely surprise. If I had to make one small suggestion, I’d love to see a few more fresh vegetables, but even without that, the selection was great. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the service, especially during breakfast. The staff were always kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. A special thank you to Angela, who made every morning brighter with her smile, warmth, and attention to detail. She is a true gem! All in all, this is a place I would absolutely recommend — peaceful, comfortable, and managed with care.
