The property features a seasonal outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and shared lounge. It's the first time we stayed at this hotel after being recommended many times and it was definitely worth it. Beautiful place , with natural materials - wood, stone, metal. Room was very cute and called to rest and dream. My bed downstairs was squeaky but the mattress and bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant is great, the staff is super caring, professional and nice both at the hotel and the restaurant . Loved our stay and will come back :)

The location was a few minutes away from Lake Sevan, I mistakenly thought it was closer to the lake shores. That did not put us off though as we couldn’t ask for a better host. One of the kindest people met in Armenia, he’ll go the extra mile to help you. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable.
They have a parking space which was good too.
Would definitely recommend.
Breakfast was delicious too.
For the warmer days, there’s a swimming pool and sun loungers in a private garden, which we did not use.

The Writers House is an extraordinary place and extraordinary architecture. Its not a luxurious hotel, but a basic accomodation with great bonuses: the building in style of Soviet modernism, breathtaking views from both the rooms and the dining room, own path to the monastery and last but not least the lovely and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay, my room was renovated and clean and food was tasty. Thank You!

Nice house, comfortable kitchen, small bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Great place to relax with your family and friends. The host is hospitable, responsive and friendly. The rooms are super clean and are equipped with everything you need. There are the best restaurants nearby and the Sevanavank monastery which offers you the most outstanding view of Lake Sevan. Thank you very much. We will come back soon.

A new family house on the edge of a village, surrounded by cows, sheeps and chickens. And geese. Let everyone decide for themselves whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage. We liked it. The house isn't quite finished yet, which was scary at first, but the guest rooms upstairs are completely finished. We had a long and delicious Armenian breakfast.

The location is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were really warm and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very neat. Everything you need for the stay from soap, shampoo, toothbrush to hair dryer was provided. Attention to detail could be seen in everything. The room has a beautiful balcony as well. The restaurant serves outstanding food. There is beautiful monastery also right behind the property. This place is worth every penny spend and a place worth spending your time.
