The Writers House is an extraordinary place and extraordinary architecture. Its not a luxurious hotel, but a basic accomodation with great bonuses: the building in style of Soviet modernism, breathtaking views from both the rooms and the dining room, own path to the monastery and last but not least the lovely and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay, my room was renovated and clean and food was tasty. Thank You!

Nice house, comfortable kitchen, small bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Great place to relax with your family and friends. The host is hospitable, responsive and friendly. The rooms are super clean and are equipped with everything you need. There are the best restaurants nearby and the Sevanavank monastery which offers you the most outstanding view of Lake Sevan. A new family house on the edge of a village, surrounded by cows, sheeps and chickens. And geese. Let everyone decide for themselves whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage. We liked it. The house isn't quite finished yet, which was scary at first, but the guest rooms upstairs are completely finished. We had a long and delicious Armenian breakfast.

The location was unreal! Right on the water with amazing views. The restaurant serves fresh fish and vegetables and were cooked to perfection. The staff were lovely and the area was great.

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed, The decoration of the house is very warm and relaxing. The bed is really really comfortable like five star hotel. All the facilities work really well. If you are looking for some accommodation near the Sevan lake, This house will worth every cent you paid for.
