Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location in the Lend area was great.

It offers a luxurious private spa and free access to the public Heiltherme Spa Centre, directly attached to the hotel. Free WiFi is available. The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

The entire apartment was amazing. Communication with the owners was great. Very spacious and clean apartment on the great location in the middle of Graz.
