Located in Maurach, 10 minutes walking distance from the Achen Lake, Arthur's Hotel und Apartments am Achensee offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a bar and a restaurant with a large selection of pizza, pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

With a terrace, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is set 19 km from Innsbruck Central Station. The hotel's location is great, Swarovski Kristallwelten is basically next door. With the Mobility card provided by the staff, we could use the public transportation even to Innsbruck while the car was in the parking garage at the hotel. We especially liked the floor heating in the bathroom, because it warmed us up after a chilly day.

One addition to the kitchen equipment would be cutting board, otherwise very well equipped

Awesome in every aspect, location, cleanness and dinner & breakfast. Parking a bit tight, but welcome in Europe.. staff was super nice helping with parking with the e-bike on the rack. I stayed one night before driving to Toblach to start the Drauradweg.
