Great location and friendly staff. Deepak (director) was very helpful throughout my stay. Amazing butter chicken dinner delivered to room. Breakfast provided - pancake machine was awesome. Room was very clean and everything was in working order. Would recommend and would stay again when visiting Mackay Exceeded all my expectations.

The meal at the restairant was one of the best I have had in Australia. I ordered the lemon chicken. The restaurant manager was very attentitive.

Food was great. Male staff member outstanding. Female staff member was quite rude on occasions.

Mackay’s hidden gem !! Check in is a breeze - Bernie is the manager and I can’t speak more highly of her, local knowledge, places of interest. Such a breath of fresh air is this woman’s customer service !! Outstanding guest service, super clean room. Do yourself a favour, book with the Marco better than 5 stars

Very welcoming, the room was clean and perfect for our family night away. Everything we want to see and do is in walking distance. Kids loved breakfast and the pool. 5 stars for reception/manager for being accommodating and friendly. We will stay here again next time we are in Mackay.

The meals I ordered for dinner for my daughter and myself which were delivered to our door were delicious 😋 the crumbed coral trout, salad and chips that I ordered was the best meal I have ever eaten in all my stays at different motels. Compliments to the chefs/cooks. My daughter’s chicken nuggets and chips meal was also a great meal 👍
