The room itself felt very new and clean; we got a free upgrade to a medium sized room and it was certainly better than the original small one we sought. This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in during our trip to NSW and Queensland. It exceeded all our expectations. We were stunned by the huge living area when we first entered. The kitchen appliances and tableware are modern, spotless and in great condition. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and pristine. My family and I absolutely loved everything about it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel to rest and recover after a surgery I had. Everyone was so kind. The lounge on the top level is comfortable and nice. I liked the coffee and tea options over there.
