Got an upgrade to a better room. Gave good advice on dining and shopping downtown. Free shuttle to the airport also a plus. And the room had excellent facilities and was spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the lovely handwritten note in the room that welcomed me to the hotel. Nice touch. (I kept the note.)

Breakfast included was fine, although it is a set menu, so there is waste. Staff was friendly enough.
