The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of Pleven, within easy walking distance of superb restaurants and the picturesque water attraction Cascade. The room was immaculate and peaceful, while the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. I don't have any problems, everything looked clean and the main thing the breakfast from the restaurant was delicious. Free parking in front of the door.The price was amazing. A great stay at this hotel.

Perfect location right infront of the Medical University / near the city center and also big supermarkets( Lidl ) Modern/ clean / quiet / with comfortable bed and exceptional AC system/ big TV / spacious bathroom with many shower cosmetics and when the spa is ready ( they are currently making it and from what I have seen there is nothing lile it in the WHOLE CITY OF PLEVEN/ SUPERB SPA) IT'S DEFFINATELLY A PLACE YOU SHOULD BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STAY IN PLEVEN
