Nice, clean, very nice host: just a little out of town but it’s what a was looking for! Aldo and Coleen are super helpful: they provider bikes that are very usefull!

Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Going out for breakfast but no big deal. There was an excellence place within a short walk or golf cart ride. Something we just ate in the condo.

Absolutely loved our cosy cabin at Matachica. Fairy tale arrival by speed boat with drinks awaiting us was an amazing start to the holiday. The resort is quiet, stylish and very tastefully decorated. It never felt busy even though i think it was over half full. The food was amazing! The chef knows what they're doing - fantastic bread and breakfast pastries but every meal was delicious. However, what made our trip were the staff - everyone was so kind and willing to help in any possible way. We had problems with our air conditioning unit and after an initial fix failed they replaced the whole unit whilst giving we the option to change rooms if we wanted (we didn't - we were too settled) Lovely people but i also found that generally true of Belize. Thank you so much. Do try the trips - we borrowed a kayak to go to the reef across from the hotel and snorkel with sting rays but also did organised Hol Chan trip including swimming with nurse sharks which was fabulous.

All furniture looks great and new 3. The apartment is super clean and smells nice 4. 2 TVs in apartment- 1 in living room and one in bedroom, super convenient. 5. The bar has great Thai Lobster pizza - love it, it is award winning food in 2024 on the island, definitely recommend to try. 6. They burn anti mosquito all over bar perimeters you stay comfortable in the evening enjoining sea breeze and views 7. The staff are great guys who always look out for you and do not let your glass to be empty 🥰 8. The beach is cleaned every morning from seaweeds so it is ready for your nice pictures (not all properties do it that often) 9. Highly recommend this place and I will come again ❤️

Pictures and descriptions if anything were understated. Lots of open space to relax, good size pool and great views. Staff was very attentive when needed but otherwise let us be. Highly recommend

All units are air conditioned and feature a cable flat-screen TV. Some units include a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster is also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit. Towels and bed linen are featured. I was greeted right away and able to check in early. One of the hotel staff Danny, was very helpful and even went to pick up a basket of beer from across the island. The condo was extremely spacious and I feel the pictures don't do it justice. The living room and kitchen are huge with a nice-sized balcony. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The staff were also swift to replace towels, water, or coffee. This is where I will recommend people stay when they visit Caye Caulker. Also, it's across the street from Chef Kareem's BBQ and Wish Willy, some of the best food on the island.
