Housekeeping was amazing. 2 a day.. and very very helpful. I lost my crown and she found it back twice .. my leather jacked was left behind.. and returned etctetc..in general very nice staff, location, atmosphere..

Dropped my bags off early before check in and she text me when my room was ready, gave me recommendations and helped with a couple of things post-check out too. She’s a star!

Staff at reception desk is professional and helpful.

An iPod docking station and free WiFi are provided in the rooms at L’Hermitage Hotel. All rooms include luxury bathrobes and an Italian marble bathroom. Select rooms include a fireplace and a sofa bed. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hot tub and heated pool was luxurious.

The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbour. Our facilities include secure underground parking, an on-site restaurant, fitness facilities, and a quiet outdoor zen garden. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it super easy to explore the city. My room was not only comfortable but also fully equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to return on my next visit! Highly recommend!

An en suite bathroom offers Luxury bath amenities, bathrobe, and slippers. Everything.. from the entrance to the check in to the hotel room, i loved everything about this hotel.. Plus it’s centrally located. Easy to go around. Staff of this hotel were very welcoming and kind. Room was nice too. We got the room on top floor as requested with the good view. Thanks for that and hotel gave us free Drink and Chocolate on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. If i would come back, i am definitely staying here. We booked the room with Breakfast which was in a French Cafe. I loved my breakfast everyday. All the staff were very good and welcoming. My overall experience was 10/10

Private parking is available on site. Loved the place! It was our 7th time visiting Vancouver. So we've stayed at a lot of places in the past and can compare. Absolutely loved the Smithe House. Everything at the room/apartment is very well thought out, you have everything you need (*even umbrellas for the rainy Vancouver!). The staff is extremely helpful and nice, they were always available if we needed any help or support. So definitely happy with the stay 10/10.
