Swiss Hotel Apartments - Interlaken provide accommodation offering a balcony with views of the mountains. We liked how close the property was to the train station. It was close to COOP and it was the very perfect place to stay at. The apartment was more than enough to accommodate 5 people and they had complete kitchenwares. The internet was very fast and the staff, especially Kate, showed us the facilities in the apartment.

We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. The space is fabulous and has a great kitchen, living room, view of the Jungfrau and an excellent outdoor deck. To top it all, both bathrooms have bidets which were much appreciated! Communication with the agency maintaining the apartment was super easy to handle.
