We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to Wilderswil bahnhof and the Schynigge Platte train and grocery stores. The space is fabulous and has a great kitchen, living room, view of the Jungfrau and an excellent outdoor deck. To top it all, both bathrooms have bidets which were much appreciated! Communication with the agency maintaining the apartment was super easy to handle.

Apartment was of exceptional quality from large and spacious apartment for family, decor very new and comfortable and directly opposite main train station and supermarket facilities. I love the multifunctional window doors and heated flooring. The bathrooms were magnificent. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy.
