The apartment with view on the Matterhorn was really great, super confortable and well equipped. Wellness & SPA area was great and super relaxing, and the pool is ok to swim a bit. Breakfast was amazing. The team was really helpful to organise our stay all along, the taxi from and to the station, the water before our departure, explaining the main things to see around Zermatt.

Friendly , helpful, warm and lovely. From the moment Phillipe picked us up from the parking area we felt special! Our room was beautiful - clean and modern with everything we needed ! The balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the beautiful view! We loved walking through the woods to get to saas fe! The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Beautifully presented. We ate a lA carte dinner one evening at the hotel and we are still talking about it! And they split all of our entrees up for us. We can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We can’t wait to come back ! Stay here when you come to saas fe!

Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

The appartment was very nice, spacious, with modern furniture and very well equipped kitchen. We didn't miss anything. The location was great and it alowed us to hike to wonderful places. Also, it was very quiet and peacefull, so we could really rest. In the appartment price we also had Saastal Card which was a bliss, we really used it for taking the cable cars.

Best location. Very clean. Charming hotel. Good restaurant on premises. Linnea at reception was helpful. Breakfast staff were friendly.
