All was perfect all.... The service was super.. I was in many 5 stars hotels this small hotel was better then all the hotels that i was! All because of the super service!

5/5 stars to Jaylin, who did everything within her ability and authority to help us resolve all the issues we came across whilst staying at this hotel.

Very comfortable from the point of view services for the guests. Overall, the hotel is good but not 5 stars. .

Jonathan the hotel manager very nice man he gave us free breakfast even though we didn’t wake up but he was very nice police walked us to the room and rang if we need anything else I would give Jonathan 5 stars

The breakfast is one of the best that I have seen. "Outstanding" and highly recommended to all business travelers. There are a lot of tables in the dinning hall and the service in the dinner room, both for breakfast and dinner , are excellent. Rooms with view of the lake and the park, and worth the extra $ as compared with nearby 5 stars hotel. I have tried many of them.

All was above expectation. We were treated like VIP. The facilities are above par. The pool and the spa facilities are superb. The ladies at the concierge desk and the club house are ever smiling and ready to assist. The breakfast variety was very vast and the waiters were on hand to bring you things if needed. Realy enjoyed our stay there.

Wow!!! An excellent luxury stay at an amazing 5 star hotel at an incredible price compared to similar hotels if located in Europe. Highly recommended for families.

The jacuzzi had an onsen-like design- alongside the pool+sauna, they were the best things things the hotel has to offer Everywhere (except the public showers+bathrooms) is so clean and well maintained The super spacious bathroom in my room is luxurious- rare to see the floor for showering being huge Superb location: so close to CBD locations like WangXiang Mall etc. The courteousness & politness of the staff is amazing, considering Shantou isn't a top-tier city known for it's hospitality towards international visitors

Beautiful hotel. Our room was gorgeous, incredibly spacious, bright and spotless with a luxurious almost regal touch to the interior design and furnishings. Outstanding service from the concierge man who helped us massively in arranging transportation and checking out as we had an emergency and had to leave much sooner than expected.
