About a 10 minute DiDi ride into the city center. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed. It’s not the Hyatt, so please know that you are getting a charming B&B-style stay in a quiet village. The village has a lot of character, with hanging sausages and tofu stalls around, quite different from the city. The innkeepers are very friendly and helped us to book Li River cruises. They are very responsive and provided access to their kitchen and gave extra teacups for my family. Breakfast was provided as 3 options (2 western style options and 1 option of Guilin rice noodles). Overall, an excellent and comfortable stay in a quiet village, away from the hustle and bustle, while getting a cultural experience as an international tourist.
