As parents we loved this place because there are lots of things to do with the child: baby pool with slides, jungle gym, playgrounds, trains, different shows. We also liked the swimming pool and the view from it. Breakfast was awesome (a huge variety of food: Chinese and western). The location was great for us because we’ve rented a car (the hotel has a free parking lot). 5 minutes walk to the beach. We loved the lady who cleaned our room every morning: she did her job brilliantly and helped us to set up the baby bed for our son.

Buffet and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fruits are available. The modern restaurant at the apartment specialises in Chinese cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. We arrived early from a long flight. The reception staff used translate and WeChat to communicate with us as we couldn’t speak Chinese. They stored our luggage while our room got ready and suggested we go sightseeing and would message us once our room was ready. This worked great as we went to the pineapple mall had a look around and got something to eat and within 2 hrs our room was ready.

The location is great: close to the beach and 15 mins walk from the food street, which is actually good, cause we liked the quiet area around the hotel. We had a room with a lake and sea view, which was amazing for watching sunsets every evening! The breakfast was great too: a great variety of different dishes. All the personnel were so pleasant! Especially I’d like to thank Hal, who helped us a lot during our stay with taxis, room service etc! Thank you! Was a pleasure!

Featuring a private pool, hotel has no direct access to the beach, you need to walk out of the hotel for about 6 minutes and cross the road to the beach. Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sanya Bay is located in Sanya, about 15 minutes' drive from Sanya Phoenix airport. It offers business venue, a swimming pool, kids' club, fitness centre and a self-service laundry service. Free WiFi is covered in all areas and guests can enjoy free parking. It was an amazing experience. We liked attitude and service staff and dedication of whole hotel personnel. Sanya and Ramada are definitely the places we will return to.
