I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations! The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean! The location is great and is only about 10-15 minute drive from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (East Gate). The breakfast buffet was also delicious with a good variety! Most importantly, the staff here was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! They helped us book everything from taxis to booking tickets to the park and local attractions! They were so friendly from beginning to end! The price to stay here is extremely reasonable for everything that you get! I would highly recommend this hotel!

It was a quiet, clean accommodation, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast and the latte were good. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, and tooth brushes were provided each day. Steven speaks English and helped us a lot booking tickets to the parks and mountains and organising our trips, making our stay hassle free and enjoyable. They also provide free transfer from the airport.

The property was at an excellent location for exploring Changsha’s main sights and pedestrian street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant offers a great selection for the buffet breakfast and a superb view of Changsha by day and night. We were greeted by English-speaking staff which put us at ease immediately. Jack kindly provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay in Changsha. It was a half way stop on our trip around China so the laundry facilities were very much appreciated and the ease of use made it all simple. A great place to stay on your next visit to Changsha.

Reception staff was the most helpful. Nothing was a problem . They helped with directions, with tour explanations, taxis etc. would highly comment this hotel. Location is pretty good.

You get very personalized service. They helped me with my tour tickets, take out dinner order, transportation, etc. The front desk is open late. It's beautiful at night with it all lit up. The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. . Walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great AC system. Cool mood lighting. Very large bathroom.
