A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Thanks to her, our visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

We stayed five nights in this hotel Deluxe Double Room. Facilities exceeded our expectation.

The property is a charming boutique hotel very well located to get to the main attractions of the area. It is well maintained and it gives the cosiness of being at home because it’s size in comparison to a big hotel. The attention given by the host and owner of the hotel, Lucas, is just outstanding! He is always happy to help make your stay memorable and is super patient and understanding with the needs of the customers. Highly recommended!

The Nvue Resort was the best choice for our stay at the Zhangjiajie National Park. Ming and his colleague were so awesome!!!! I never experienced and employee that is so engaged and is providing such a good service. We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting, away from the noisy tourist area but still close to the park entrance. This hotel is only 10 min from the Middle entrance so after we booked the room, the manager, Ming, messaged us to arrange to pick us up at this entrance. As English speaking travelers, it can be difficult to travel to remote locations so this was quite convenient for us. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from one of the other entrances which made it easy to visit the park. We loved the quiet location, close to a small village where we could watch the farmers harvest their crops. Many staff members spoke excellent English and each one of them worked hard to make sure our needs were met. They can help you book the tickets for attractions and arrange transportations to give you a easy and smooth trip. They also so patient to help you arrange tour plan according to your time,so sweet. The hotel restaurant had a good variety of menu options which were delicious and plentiful,We really enjoy the coffee here and bread and fruit, omelte and so on. I want to thank Ming, for making our stay with you so enjoyable!
