The room was very clean and neat. There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

We loved Soul! The apartment was great, with everything one needs for a few days' stay. The kitchen is very well furnished and the washing machine + tumble dryer is a ++. The coffee we got as present was AMAZING! The staff was great and the area is really clean, safe, green and it's a pleasure to walk around. I had read someone commenting that it doesn't feel safe to walk around unless you're a local and I'm wondering if the person had mistaken this hotel with another one. Because all you need are legs that are willing to take you around. It's a residential area where I never felt unsafe for a single second. There's a good supermarket, Carulla, almost behind the corner, and - if you feel like walking a bit longer, an hypermarket inside a shopping center about 15 mins away. The parking is another ++. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll book again if we visit Medellín in the future.

Situated in Conquistadores district, 500 metres from Pueblito Paisa and 5 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor. Terra Biohotel boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Everything is outstanding, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Christopher (charming and professional on equal measure) at the check in. The hotel has a great location, quiet and really safe, streets are really green and easy to walk. The room was perfect, bed really comfortable, spacious room. The whole team was always ready to help with a very positive attitude. Breakfast was perfect too as it was the staff in the restaurant, truly attentive. The hotel has the perfect location to visit the main spots in Medellín, a metro station a mere 10 mins walk which serves the one of the main lines. All in all, a little gem of a hotel in Medellín. Saludo a Christopher who went the extra mile lending us his spare metro card for the duration of our stay. Gracias a todo el equipo!!
