The staff are really kind and accommodating (despite us not speaking Spanish). Location was great to get to Minca and Tayrona (7min walk to the public market to catch a bus to either location)

Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. The hotel is e everything you need after visiting Tayrona. Location is perfect!!! Food is good and not expensive, couldn’t recommend it more. Also they were super nice and stored our luggage the day before while we slept in the park. The best stay!

The staff is incredible especially at the main restaurant near lobby! They went above and beyond for us when we wanted sushi and prepare it specially. The room was impeccable and the pool very relaxing.

The private rooms were great to have your space and comfort while still enjoying the social aspect of the hostel.

The ladies at the kitchen were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious!

Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has mountain views and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 35 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. We arrived late afternoon which meant our room was ready straight away. The hotel were helpful in advance letting us of the park entrance ticket booth closing time which meant we arrived before closing time (5pm). The hotel is beautiful, the views are fantastic and the sky was clear both nights we were there which meant we could stargaze from our terrace. It was super quiet and peaceful. Right by one of the main entrances to the park, easy to find and very easy to start our hike into the park early in the morning. They have a pingpong table and board games in the dining room which were fun to play in the evenings too. We will be back!

We stayed a week at this small family run hostel 5km up the hill from Minca. The views are incredible. Many birds, including Toucans, can be viewed from the terrace. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom a bit of a squeeze. Very homely. Very tranquil. Jose and his family are extremely friendly and helpful and made our visit memorable. The meals are simple and varied. If you’re fit and enthusiastic there are several good trails further into the hills. The small pool is welcome after a hot day in the rainforest. Motorbike taxis are frequent to and from Minca. Highly recommended.
