Shout out to Juan Carlo for the amazing dinner service each evening at the Acacia restaurant! Not only did he remember our names but he had memorized our allergies, our food preferences and our drink preferences from day one! Eat at the restaurant, it’s the same price as in town but the quality is far far superior! The jacuzzi on the patios looking into the forests watching for sloths (yes there are sloths!!! Ekkk!) was pretty incredible! Overall it’s an amazing property and they do everything possible to ensure you are having a five star rainforest experience! You will not regret staying here.

The accommodations were fantastic and staff were excellent. They were very friendly and accommodating. And everywhere we went we were greeted with a smile and friendly, "Buenos Dias! ".

I love the views from the room, the warm pool and the walks thew the trails to the hotel waterfall. The breakfast is very natural, there is a buffet and u can also order local dishes. I stay in Xandari every time i go to Costa Rica. The massage service in the Spa is very healing.

When we arrived I saw one of the most breath taking views ever. The volcano is so close and makes a crazy impression. I could just stare at it. I wish we could stay longer. Such a peaceful and calm environment, breath taking view on the volcano, well maintained gardens, fantastic pool. So much wildlife- we could hear hundreds of birds all the time. I recommend visiting nearby restaurants as there are so many just a few minutes away. The only thing I didn’t like was a dinner at the hotel restaurant- it was expensive and really not too tasty. Very „Americanized” menu. I would rather have something local and simple. Breakfasts were wonderful though.

Private bungalows have a private terrace with a plunge pool. Beautiful rooms with private pool with view to the rainforest. The entire resort is very clean with the pathways cleaned up frequently by the crew, and we spot wild sloth and monkeys in the resort without needing to go out. All the staff were very friendly. The restaurants were great and the food was amazing. Love the golf carts that could shuttle you to places in the resort, the turn down service in the room, and the daily free yoga classes. All of these made the stay simple exceptional and truly special.

This 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is located 15 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. I appreciated how quiet it was despite being close to the main streets. The bed was spacious and very comfortable.
