Shout out to Juan Carlo for the amazing dinner service each evening at the Acacia restaurant! Not only did he remember our names but he had memorized our allergies, our food preferences and our drink preferences from day one! Eat at the restaurant, it’s the same price as in town but the quality is far far superior! The jacuzzi on the patios looking into the forests watching for sloths (yes there are sloths!!! Ekkk!) was pretty incredible! Overall it’s an amazing property and they do everything possible to ensure you are having a five star rainforest experience! You will not regret staying here.

Amazing garden - very well maintained and very beautiful! A lot of different birds and other wildlife. There's also a wild trek which begins from the hotel - it's a short one and gives you a great idea what a walk in a jungle looks like. On top of that the staff was amazing - due to bad weather I had to change the plans we had at the last minute and the staff helped us a lot - Thank you, you are awesome and you made our trip to Costa Rica wonderful!

Customer service was exceptional and arrival felt very special. Literally you are in the middle of the rainforest. The hot springs were amazing and our son kept asking why we werent staying longer. The lodge was very beautiful indeed and felt very sheltered from others gaze. The amenities in our lodge and elsewhere were fabulous. Amazing food! Relaxed and atmospheric. We did a walk of the expansive grounds which are also very impressive.

Nayara Gardens is a luxury boutique hotel and spa set against the panoramic backdrop of the Arenal Volcano, surrounded by Costa Rican Rainforest. Private bungalows have a private terrace with a plunge pool. Everything. All the staff were amazing, the room was stunning and the bed comfortable. The restaurants were lovely and food delicious. Being able to see sloths from many parts of the property added to the experience. Special mention to Claudia & Isaac who both helped make our stay really special.

This 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is located 15 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. I appreciated how quiet it was despite being close to the main streets. The bed was spacious and very comfortable.
