On top of that the staff was amazing - due to bad weather I had to change the plans we had at the last minute and the staff helped us a lot - Thank you, you are awesome and you made our trip to Costa Rica wonderful!

Customer service was exceptional and arrival felt very special. Literally you are in the middle of the rainforest. The hot springs were amazing and our son kept asking why we werent staying longer. The lodge was very beautiful indeed and felt very sheltered from others gaze. The amenities in our lodge and elsewhere were fabulous. Amazing food! Relaxed and atmospheric. We did a walk of the expansive grounds which are also very impressive.

Our 8yo loved the game room, darts, pool table, and had fun with Esteban and Gustavo! We loved Club Rio, feeding the wildcats and river tubing. The staff is lovely.

Private bungalows have a private terrace with a plunge pool. Everything. All the staff were amazing, the room was stunning and the bed comfortable. The restaurants were lovely and food delicious. Being able to see sloths from many parts of the property added to the experience. Special mention to Claudia & Isaac who both helped make our stay really special.

I appreciated how quiet it was despite being close to the main streets. The bed was spacious and very comfortable.
