Located 14 km from Arenal Volcano National Park, Lomas del Volcan offers lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. Amazing garden - very well maintained and very beautiful! A lot of different birds and other wildlife. There's also a wild trek which begins from the hotel - it's a short one and gives you a great idea what a walk in a jungle looks like. On top of that the staff was amazing - due to bad weather I had to change the plans we had at the last minute and the staff helped us a lot - Thank you, you are awesome and you made our trip to Costa Rica wonderful!

Amazing views, very big rooms with whirlpool bathtub, incredible hot spring pools and super fast slide. Our 8yo loved the game room, darts, pool table, and had fun with Esteban and Gustavo! We loved Club Rio, feeding the wildcats and river tubing. The staff is lovely.

Nayara Gardens is a luxury boutique hotel and spa set against the panoramic backdrop of the Arenal Volcano, surrounded by Costa Rican Rainforest. The property is amazing, you truly feel in the rainforest. We saw sloths, motmots and other birds. Staff was really nice and food was really good as well. They have a lot of options for people with food allergies / intolerances and are constantly asking if someone needs alternatives or something to pay attention to. We definitely want to visit again!

Chato Arenal Lodge has a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and an amazing view from the restaurant. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.

This place was magical. Quiet location , spectacular views and my ideal accommodation. Beautifully designed simple, modern, spacious rooms. The pool is gorgeous but too cold for me to swim, I did yoga instead. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! We enjoyed hiking the jungle trail/orchard loop. We will definitely be returning and staying longer next time!
